Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and gas markets.
The two companies have signed a joint agreement that may deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands together beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will give attention to developing the ecological and fuel compression sectors, the place its subsidiaries TME and TMIC function.
