In these contemporary times in which we live in, it is very common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we are, in the era of abundance, having everything we can ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us usage of endless levels of information, any where tretinoin gel, any moment. Biology, chemistry, and many new scientific concepts which have grown primarily out of these two, have brought us to a state of being where nearly every problem could be dissected and probed to the tiniest particles ever recognized to mankind. Yet we hurt?
All this science is really the physical projection of the mind, beautiful ideas that manifest in the physical form out of your creation of human hands. Your brain is getting the front sit and the main character in this play we call our lives, yet our bodies are becoming increasingly more vulnerable, with new unknown risks that is introduced to us and also have become the norm in modern living, such as for example cellular radiation, polluting of the environment, and of course, the best ? ?food?.
I mark ?food? with the quote unquote to signify my feeling of the subject, that are not to be mistaken. Most of what we find in grocery stores today is simply not food. Today?s norm is to pick up a snack, or drive through some burger joint to stuff our bellies so we are able to can get on with work, therefore gradually, from the dawn of the industrial age, the products have come to replace what mother earth has given us, and what life itself is based on, as food.
Real food, that is basically vegetables and fruit, nutrition wise at the very least (as much would argue on the taste factor), is the foundation of any healthy diet, not because it is indeed important and healthy to consume a well balanced diet with vegetables inside it, but simply because it is food. The rest is not food. It could be hard to grasp in the beginning, peeping through the tiny crack that all folks have inside our definitions of what food is, and seeing the reality behind the screen of illusion.
Health, true health, cannot be achieved and maintained in any other way. But what is health? I dare you! Try to define it for yourselves. Just do it, have a minute, even 5, and really try to write down a definition you would feel at ease with for the vague and illusive concept of health.
The Chinese have said that ?health is really a state of being in the tao?. Walking your way, realizing yourself and allowing your true colors to show. It begins with the air we breath, the thoughts we think, also it leans mainly and strongly on the building materials we feed ourselves with. Regularly eating a well balanced vegetables nutrition based diet is like putting the foundations so necessary for mental balance, an excellent physical feeling, happiness and well being ? the foundations so necessary for?. Health. ?Why don’t we be about setting high standards for life, love, creativity, and wisdom. If our expectations in these areas are low, we are not likely to see wellness. Setting high standards makes each day and every decade worth pumped up about. ? ? Greg Anderson, American athlete
Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I am presently leading twelve fitness classes weekly that vary from step aerobics, balance and core work on the large stability ball, lifting weights, modified yoga and several classes that concentrate on functionality. The participants are ages and the common denominator is to have ?fun? while working out. When i started searching for ?wellness? quotations, I came across excellent ones, but few. When I sought out ?health? I was completely impressed by the number. I could write 100 blogs filled with ?health? quotations. So i picked some for you personally and for me which follow:
With regards to remaining healthy and aging well, there are so many things we need to consider. We need to exercise, maintain an excellent mental attitude, get enough sleep, engage in healthy relationships, care for our skin and, of course, near the the surface of the set of factors that donate to great health is good nutrition.
What ?good nutrition? is, however, can be confusing. Ideas about nutrition have changed over time. Two decades ago, we were told it had been healthy to eat a ?low-fat? diet. Unfortunately, in an effort to reduce unhealthy fats, people began eating low-fat processed food items. We didn?t realize then that lots of of those low-fat foods were laden with extra sugar. Nor did we understand the dangers of excess sugar. We know given that something we thought was best for us has contributed to health issues.
Over the past couple years, I?ve been reading the most recent books and articles on nutrition and anti-aging. What? Elusive touted consistently now could be a diet of whole, unprocessed foods that discourage inflammation. The anti-inflammatory diet is what seems to have the most health and beauty benefits.
