A twenty-fold enhance in manufacturing was the aim of the Croatian automobile cosmetics firm Alfa Car. To achieve this, the whole manufacturing cycle, housed in a brand new production plant, was automated. Festo provided a complete answer for more than 200 course of valves – together with venture administration.
A number of totally different products including water, alcohol, glycerine, surfactants, oleic and acetic acids, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide are stored, transported, blended and bottled for the manufacturing of automotive beauty products. This requires complicated process automation solutions. The Croatian automobile cosmetics firm Alfa Car has taken an enormous step into the future: while building a brand new production plant, the complete production cycle was absolutely automated, from the uncooked supplies to the bottling line for the completed merchandise.
